What can be deleted

Private question, reading text, archive copy, user notes, and some support content if no longer needed for the case.

What may remain

Minimal payment, refund, dispute, abuse prevention, security logs, accounting records, and technical backups may remain for a limited time.

How to request

Email droganfamily@gmail.com from the account or purchase email. Include the reading link or last id characters if available. Do not send banking data.

Confirmation

After processing, support should send a privacy confirmation email and, if needed, explain which minimal records were retained and why.
