Payments and refunds
Refund policy
Payments are processed through Stripe. After successful payment, the service creates or unlocks access to the symbolic reading of the selected spread.
If payment succeeds but the reading does not appear because of a technical issue, contact support. We will review the payment, reading record, and AI-reading status.
Refunds are reviewed manually. A digital reading may be considered delivered after successful creation and access, but technical failures, duplicate charges, and mistaken payments are reviewed separately.
Stripe, banks, and payment networks may apply their own refund processing times.
