  • No fear language.
  • No guaranteed future claims.
  • Clear next step.

Remove extra details

The client does not need webhook attempts, Supabase row id, or AI provider payload. Give the check result in plain words.

  • No internal ids unless needed for support reference.
  • No full private question in subject.
  • No blame.

Update macros

If one template needs constant manual editing, it is bad. Rewrite it.

  • Weekly review.
  • Add new macro after repeated issue.
  • Retire confusing wording.
