Privacy deletion workflow

How to handle deletion, export, access, email correction, and reading privacy requests.

Goal: respect client data, avoid deleting the wrong person, and never expose someone else's reading.

what to ask first

Account email.
Request type: export, delete, correct, access, unsubscribe.
Confirmation of control over email.
Whether emails should stop before deletion.

Confirm identity gently

Best method: send a confirmation link to the same email. Do not ask for passport documents for a normal OmenHall request.

  • Same email confirmed.
  • No result content sent during verification.
  • Request type recorded.

Separate deletion and unsubscribe

Sometimes the person only wants emails stopped, not all scrolls deleted. Give a clear choice.

  • Marketing/reminder emails stopped if requested.
  • Transactional emails preserved where required.
  • Deletion scope confirmed.

Close request

After action, send confirmation without listing private questions or results.

  • Deletion/export/correction completed.
  • Confirmation sent.
  • Internal audit note kept without sensitive text.
