important notice
Stripe, banks, or payment networks may have their own processing times. OmenHall does not control bank settlement speed after submitting a refund request.
We review reports of an undelivered scroll, technical failure, duplicate charge, wrong amount, mistaken purchase, and access that did not open.
After successful creation and access delivery, the digital result may be considered delivered. Dissatisfaction with the symbolic tone alone may not always mean an automatic refund.
If payment is confirmed but the reading record was not created, email was not sent, access link does not work, or webhook is stuck, support checks Stripe status, order record, reading status, and email log.
